How do you create your work?

All my work is created freehand using old fashioned pencil, pen, and paper. It is then brought to life with a little brush and lashings of watercolour paint. It took me a year or so to realized that I could not earn a living by painting every single piece I sold, and i naturally progressed to re-producing some work in print. Making that move has allowed me to create a very unique range of cards that has been received with open arms.

Shipping

We use a selection of postal service providers to deliver all orders as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. All items in my shop have the shipping charge clearly shown. Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch within 72 hours. If we think we will be a little longer, we will let you know. I do offer multi-purchase shipping discounts for larger orders. Remember, always contact me via the Contact page with your order enquiry. It's the quickest way!

What is your refund policy?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, I ask that you contact me as soon as you find the damage/fault. Once confirmed (usually with an image), I will then send an identical / agreed alternative replacement to you.
